Window request
When we make inquiries, we always require detailed information about the window that has already been installed. The information on the embossing stamp on the window is usually not sufficient to clearly identify the window.
Please always specify the width and height of the window cutout or the hole size in the vehicle wall. To measure, proceed as follows:
- With the window open, measure between the frame rubber from side to side.
Add at least one picture of the window where it can be fully seen from the outside.
If the window to be replaced is no longer available, please include a picture of the original installation location and another "similar" window on the vehicle.
When inquiring about a polyplastic window, please note the following:
On newer windows there is a sticker on the inside of the hanging rail. If you see a corresponding sticker when the window is open, please provide the information from the sticker, e.g. For example, enter "04.23.001..." in the message field or send us a photo of the sticker.
